Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior secretarial/administration roles.
• Experience in staff supervision and management.
• Experience in the NHS within Clinical and/or Corporate Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient administrative support for the Social Care Admin and Social Work Team.
• Supervise Band 3 administrative staff including appraisals.
• Manage Older People’s Social Care financial and administrative processes.

IT literacy (MS Office and web-based)

Ability to prioritize own workload

Team management and delegation

Education

GCE/GCSE (A-C grades in English and Maths)

Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent
