The first of our kind to achieve B Corp status in the world, and awarded the Queen’s Award for Enterprise – Sustainable development, we build smarter, more sustainable, future-focused projects with positive impact on our communities and environment. Our acclaimed Futures programme creates opportunities for personal and professional development in a culture where you can thrive. We commit to investing in you and your future.

At Ward Williams, we want you to be your authentic self, feeling confident to speak your mind, to feel relaxed in your role (no stuffy dress code here!), but most importantly, to offer a different take on how a Quantity Surveyor can play a part in positive change, working across a wide variety of projects. (Yes, you read that right!) Variety is key; you won’t be pigeonholed into one sector.

Custodianship at the core of Ward Williams & how we operate:

Collectively elevating everyone and leaving a legacy for the next generation is at the heart of our Partnership model.

You will be supported and encouraged to make a positive impact, allowing for an authentic culture where people are supported and trusted. This is more than just words; we actively push all members of staff to upskill, whether that is becoming chartered, or more tailored upskilling, learning and development. Authenticity – You’re honest, genuine, and collaborative, and you value a culture where people are true to themselves and their purpose.

We’re looking for someone with solid experience in a construction consultancy environment, confidence in client delivery, and the ambition to grow their career. You’ll be working at the forefront of high-profile projects across a range of sectors, including:
