About the Role

We are seeking a detail-orientated and reliable Accounts Administrator to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is highly organised, and thrives in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices, payments, and expense claims
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Booking goods in and out of the system
  • Matching supplier invoices with goods received notes
  • Uploading and maintaining test certificates on the system
  • Setting up new customer and supplier accounts
  • Handling finance-related queries from customers and suppliers
  • Providing general administrative support to the finance team
  • Assisting with transport-related issues as needed

About You

  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role
  • Strong numerical and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Well-organised with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
