Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a B2B SaaS, technology or fast-paced commercial environment.
• Experience supporting commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, DPAs or similar).
• Strong interest in data protection, privacy or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supporting reviews of NDAs, Order Forms, MSAs and DPAs under supervision.
• Assisting with legal and privacy questionnaires.
• Maintaining our contract repository (Nomio), including renewals and tracking key commercial terms.
