• 5+ years’ combined experience at a law firm and in-house (minimum 2 years in-house) in a start-up/scale-up or technology company environment.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in privacy and AI compliance, including data protection frameworks.
• Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and negotiate customer deals and contracts with sales teams.
• Draft and review a wide range of commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements.
• Drive privacy and AI compliance strategies, collaborating with product and engineering.
