• Hands-on experience as a Financial Controller or in a senior finance role.
• Experience in PE-backed organizations.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
• Lead audit readiness and preparation of statutory accounts.
• Support PE reporting requirements and ensure financial governance.
• Drive automation and process improvements.
