Qualifications

• Fluent in English and a resident of the UK.
• Comfortable owning and rebuilding financial systems.
• Experience in managing and leading finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the finance function end to end.
• Lead the month-end close process until it operates smoothly.
• Ensure statutory accounts, audits, and tax filings are delivered smoothly.

Skills

Strong hands-on experience as a Financial Controller

Deep working knowledge of GAAP accounting rules

Strong hands-on experience with Xero

Ability to own and rebuild messy books

Experience working with US-based businesses

Education

Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
