We are looking for someone who has a variety of experience within Residential Conveyancing.
Crown Law Solicitors are based in Morden and Wanstead. We have a strong loyal client base. Our fee earners are all specialists in their respective fields and act for a wide range of commercial and private sector clients.

The candidate

• You will have an excellent knowledge of all Residential Conveyancing matters. Including Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity, New Build & Lease Extensions.
• Experience in dealing with matters on behalf of individual clients on a wide range of matters.
• 1-3+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing
• Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters
• Enthusiasm to engage in networking and business development
• Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships
• Self-motivated team player
