Full Time: 39 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Location: Based in Bournville, Birmingham

Job Profile

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be joining our Maintenance team and dedicated team of Ground Care professionals in providing a quality landscape service.

Working in teams, you will be responsible for a range of activities from grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance and management of hard surfaces.

Working with your Team Leader to carry out the upkeep of the grounds to a high standard. We are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude, motivation drive positive change and to be a key member of the team.

Candidate Profile

You will be values driven and focused on delivering a great service:

• Demonstrable experience in grounds maintenance, including ride-on machinery and hand tools.
• Able to work safely using a range of equipment and hand tools e.g., strimmer’s, backpack blowers, pedestrian, and ride on mowers etc.
• Able to work on your own or as a part of a team, providing a good quality service with attention to detail.
• Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Positive and professional attitude
• Full driving licence
