A community service organization in Bournville is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to oversee a small team and deliver quality landscape services. Responsibilities include managing grounds maintenance tasks such as grass cutting and hedge pruning while ensuring safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates will have experience with grounds maintenance equipment, a positive attitude, and the ability to work outdoors. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package offered.
Salary: £12.24 – £12.98 per hour + Team Leader Allowance of £1587.95 per annum
Full Time: 39 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Location: Based in Bournville, Birmingham

As a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, you will be joining our Maintenance team who are dedicated Grounds Care professionals in providing a quality landscape service.
Managing your own team of 2 or 3 to deliver grounds maintenance works, overseeing quality standards, and health and safety within your team, and to demonstrate company values through a positive culture and can-do attitude.
Working in teams, you will be responsible for a range of activities from grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance and management of hard surfaces.
