Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and modelling for tailored fund financing solutions.
• Prepare marketing presentations and negotiate structuring aspects with clients.
• Manage credit processes up to final decision and presentation.
• Review and negotiate legal documentation for transaction execution.
• Monitor post-closing facilities and manage amendments.
