Job summary

A leading construction firm seeks a skilled Quantity Surveyor to oversee commercial management of contracts in the UK. Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience working on projects within the construction sector.
• Working knowledge of contract conditions such as NEC, JCT.
• Valid driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of contracts in the sector.
• Build working relationships with the supply chain and clients.
• Procurement of sub-contractors in line with company policy.
• Manage timely and accurate assessment and payment of sub-contractors’ applications.
• Preparation of external valuations in line with contract requirements.
