Qualifications

• At least 10 years of industry experience as a software engineer.
• Served as a technical lead for large projects spanning multiple teams.
• Experience with SaaS products for startup and enterprise users.
• Previous startup experience or bias for action in work environment.
• Experience mentoring and upleveling engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and lead large technical projects.
• Design, develop, and own new product functionality.
• Make tradeoffs considering business priorities and users.
• Assist in interviewing and onboarding new engineering team members.
