Qualifications

• Proven experience in business systems analysis and process engineering.
• Experience in project delivery including benefit and risk management.
• Systematic and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Good understanding of software testing and IT applications.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Understand and improve business processes and their information flows.
• Define and prepare Project Capital requests and delivery plans.
• Identify business solutions to satisfy requirements and improve performance.
• Build relationships across IT and business teams for clear understanding.
• Ensure user testing and training requirements are well documented.
• Manage small to medium sized business process and solution projects.
• Follow BA standards and contribute to improving those processes.
• Support development of peers and junior colleagues in business analysis.
