About the Role

Work in all areas of the kitchen under the direction of the Catering Manager:

• To assist in the preparation, delivery and/or serving of meals and associated cleaning
• Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, equipment.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and/or serving of food to enable the Cook to prepare and serve meals on time.
• Assist with the receipt and storage of supplies.
• To attend and participate in staff training related to health and safety and food hygiene
