Qualifications

• Must have previous experience working as a Parts Advisor in the Motor Trade.
• Familiarity with parts catalogues and computer stock lists is required.
• Strong communication skills for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from customers regarding parts enquiries.
• Order parts and liaise with the Dealership network.
• Identify and maximize upsell opportunities.
• Record lost sales opportunities and provide feedback.
