Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of working directly with children and families.
• Educated to Level 3 standard with 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at Grade C or above.
• Knowledge of children and young people with Special Education Needs and Disability.

• Contact families to gather relevant information and provide advice.
