Job summary

A leading logistics company in the East Midlands is seeking an LGV Class 1 Yard Shunter to manage trailer movements using a TUG tractor unit. The ideal candidate must hold a valid LGV Class 1 licence with at least 12 months of recent experience, and must have a CPC and Digital Tachograph card. The position requires working Monday to Friday with rotating shifts. Competitive pay at £16.55 per hour offered, along with a registration and compliance process for all candidates.

The Role

Predominantly the movement of trailers conducted on a TUG tractor unit, ensuring the logistics operation can operate efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• A valid LGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence with at least 12 months recent driving experience
• A valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• A clean licence or no more than 6 penalty points

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts - 15:00 to 00:00 05:00-14:00
