Job summary

A leading coffee company in Maidenhead is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to report to the Accounts Receivable Manager. The role involves responsibly managing cash collection, allocation, and credit control while collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Ideal candidates will have experience in accounts receivable or credit control, strong communication skills, and competency in Excel. Opportunities for further qualification in Credit Control are also available.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a similar accounts receivable position and/or credit control.
• Previous accounting experience preferred.
• UK right to work.

Responsibilities

• Allocate cash received in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process and distribute customer promotional invoices.
• Chase debt to ensure payment is received.
• Run and send out customer statements monthly.
• Resolve queries in a timely manner.
