Reddam House Berkshire is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Staff Assistants (Day Staff) to support the delivery of our four-week Summer Camp programme running from 12 July - 8 August 2026.
This is a fixed-term, full-time role for the duration of camp, with three training days prior to commencement and a wash-up/feedback day at the end of the contract. Reporting to the Summer Camp Director / Subject Lead, the post-holder will provide strong pastoral support to campers, assist with learning and cultural opportunities, support excursions and activities, and contribute to a safe, well‑organised and enjoyable camp experience.
Staff will work a6-day week, minimum 40 hours per week, with one full day off per week, and duties include evening and some weekend work.
