Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience as a multi-skilled maintenance operative.
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Health & Safety qualifications like CSCS/IOSH/NEBOSH are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Undertake and record checks on fire alarm systems and emergency lighting.
• Conduct maintenance duties as directed by the Head Teacher.
• Manage contractors on site during repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure safe pedestrian access and perform grounds maintenance.
