A UK educational institution is seeking an Examinations Administrative Assistant on a fixed-term contract. The role involves providing administrative support to the Examinations and Student Records Department, managing general administration, data input, and communication with staff and students. Applicants must complete an Application Form and cannot submit CVs alone. Ensure to meet all pre-employment checks as part of the application process.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Examinations and Student Records Department across both college sites. Duties include general administration, word processing, data input and dealing with members of staff and students both in person and on the telephone.
