About the Role

We are seeking a Ductwork Cleaner to work within a hospital environment in Romford, carrying out specialist cleaning and maintenance of ventilation and extract systems. This is a vital role in ensuring air quality, hygiene, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with site staff and supervisors to ensure work is completed to high standards
Requirements
  • Previous ductwork or ventilation cleaning experience (hospital or healthcare setting desirable)
  • Knowledge of TR19 and HTM 03-01 standards preferred
  • Valid CSCS card (or willingness to obtain)
