About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out duct, ventilation, and air handling unit cleaning to TR19 healthcare standards

• Work safely in sensitive clinical areas while maintaining patient confidentiality and minimal disruption
• Liaise with site staff and supervisors to ensure work is completed to high standards

Requirements

• Previous ductwork or ventilation cleaning experience (hospital or healthcare setting desirable)
• Knowledge of TR19 and HTM 03-01 standards preferred
• Valid CSCS card (or willingness to obtain)
