Qualifications

  • Experience in residential block sector is preferred.
  • Installation knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a large portfolio of buildings.
  • Keep systems maintained and safe for use.
  • Create reports and certifications.
  • Identify required remedial or repair works accurately.
  • Perform servicing and repairs.
  • Attend the main office as required.

Skills

IFEDA Trained/Certified or equivalent

Requirements
  • Experience with repair and maintenance to BS9990 standards
  • Experience within the residential block sector
  • Installation knowledge is an advantage.
  • IFEDA Trained/Certified or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of fire alarm systems and emergency lighting is an advantage.
  • Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
  • Managing a large portfolio of buildings
  • Keeping systems maintained and safe for use should they be needed.
  • Reporting & Certification creation
  • Correctly identify any remedial or repair works required using technical knowledge and a deep understanding of British Standards. Accuracy and attention to detail is important for this activity given that the information provided will be used to generate certifications, quotations and/or undertake follow up work.
  • Servicing and repairs
  • To be flexible to attend the main office in Loughton, Essex as required.
