Qualifications

• Previous experience of relevant building regulations, products, enquiries, orders and estimating preferred.
• Excellent IT skills for analysis and a good working knowledge of Excel would be advantageous.
• Previous experience with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for House Builders.
• Interpret architectural drawings to ensure technical accuracy.
• Liaise with internal sales teams and customers to clarify requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all quotes and correspondence.
• Participate in handover meetings to ensure a smooth transition from quote to order.
