Epinal Way Care Centre in Loughborough brings together three specialist units within one building: Matthews Neuro‑Rehabilitation, Aarons Dementia, and The Hall Mental Health. Each unit provides focused support while sharing the wider resources of the centre.

The domestic team is operational from 09:00 to 19:00, with staff working 5‑hour shifts within that period. Staff work on a fair rota system, planned four weeks in advance, to ensure balanced cover and consistent care across all three units.
