A leading automotive parts retailer in Manchester seeks a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expertise in automotive systems and store operations. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.

Skills

Working knowledge of automotive systems

Friendly communication

Safety knowledge and skills

Strong organizational skills

Expert at testing and diagnostic equipment

Microsoft software (Word, Excel)

Education

Valid driver's license

ASE Certification (preferred)
