Divisional Installations Manager – National (TBC)

Location: Field-Based

Salary: Competitive + Car Allowance + Benefits

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5 per week

Reporting To: National Field Installations Manager

With over 50 years of heritage, Sharps Furniture Group—home to Sharps, Fittingly, and Clever Closet— is a leader in bespoke fitted furniture. As we grow across the UK, we’re looking for a Divisional Installations Manager (North and Scotland) to lead operations, drive quality, and help scale our installation function across all brands; you will work alongside a counterpart covering the other half of the country.

Your Role

Lead a regional team of field installation managers, own the end-to-end installation process, and collaborate with recruitment, training, and compliance teams. You’ll ensure installations are high-quality, efficient, and safe—while continuously improving how we work.
