A leading AI infrastructure firm in the UK is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to shape and execute their partner go-to-market strategy. The role blends strategic leadership and hands-on execution to create a high-impact partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in partner programs and proven success in delivering revenue through channels. This role involves driving partner enablement and tracking performance, as well as engaging with senior leaders across industry sectors.

Qualifications

  • Experience working across UK or Ireland planning or regulatory frameworks.
  • Exposure to AI or ML or HPC infrastructure delivery.
  • Understanding of renewable or hybrid energy systems in data centre contexts.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the partner go-to-market strategy.
  • Co-develop joint value propositions with strategic partners.
  • Build and manage the Partner Program framework.
  • Design and implement onboarding journeys for partners.
  • Drive partner enablement and communication through playbooks.
  • Lead co-selling and commercial planning initiatives.

Skills

Extensive experience in partner programs

Thisisapivotalroleattheintersectionofsales,marketing,product,anddelivery.Youwillberesponsibleforshapingourfirstwaveof anchoralliances,definingscalableGTMmotions,andbuildingtheprograms,tools,andprocessesthatenableourpartnerstogrow withusfromonboardingandenablementtoincentivesandcoselling.

  • DefineandleadCarbon3.ai’spartnergotomarketstrategyalignedtoindustryusecasesandthebroadersolutionstack.
  • Codevelopjointvaluepropositionswithstrategicpartners(consultancies,GSIs,ISVs,andtechnologyproviders).
  • BuildandmanagethePartnerProgramframeworkincludingtiers,benefits,enablement,training,andcertification.
  • Designandimplementonboardingjourneysfromcontracttoactivation,ensuringpartnersaresalesanddeliveryready.
  • Drivepartnerenablement,training,andcommunicationsthroughplaybooks,portals,andjointcampaignresources.
  • Leadcosellingandcommercialplanninginitiatives,trackingpartnersourcedandpartnerinfluencedrevenue.
  • CoordinatecrossfunctionallywithSales,Product,andCustomerSuccesstoembedGTMintoonboardingandlifecycleprocesses.
  • TrackandreportperformancethroughCRMandpartnermanagementtools,providingactionableinsightsonengagement, health,andimpact.
  • Supportpartnerevents,QBRs,andcomarketingcampaignstodeepenecosystemengagementandrecognition.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experienceinpartnerprograms,channelGTM, or strategicallianceswithinB2BSaaSAI,orinfrastructure environments.
  • Provensuccessdeliveringrevenuethroughindirectorpartnerledchannels.
  • ExperienceworkingwithorforConsultancies,GSIs,ISVs,orenergyorinfrastructureecosystemplayers.
  • ProficiencywithCRMandpartnertools(forexampleHubSpot,Salesforce,andcertificationorportalplatforms).
  • Strategicthinkerwithstrongoperationaldiscipline,abletobuildfromzeroandleadcrossfunctionalexecution.
  • Excellentcommunication,reporting,andstakeholdermanagementskills.
