As our Director of Transformation,you’lllead a council-wide programme that reimagines services end-to-end, combines improved customer experience with lower cost, and empowers people to deliver. This is high-profile, fast-paced work,where momentum matters and delivery is non-negotiable.
You’llprovide corporate oversight of the transformation portfolio and bring thought leadership on design,insightand performance.You’llbuild collective ownership across directorates—ending silos, unlocking naturalsynergiesand getting things done.You’llput in place robust portfolio management,governanceand benefits realisation; align programmes to the MTFS and Corporate Plan; and champion the data- and technology-enabled changes that will simplify journeys, reduce failuredemandand create capacity for what matters.
You’llbe an outstanding programme leader with the credibility to influence at the most senior levels.You’llhave delivered complex change in large organisations, run multi-million-pound budgets and know how to turn strategy into disciplined delivery,at pace, with grip and with people with you.
