A healthcare service provider in the East Midlands is seeking a Director of NHS 111 Services. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, youll provide strategic and operational leadership for our NHS 111 services across multiple regions. Youll oversee large, complex 24/7 operations, guiding thousands of colleagues - from call handlers to clinicians - in delivering exceptional care and patient experience.
Youll also play a key role in system-wide transformation, building strong partnerships with Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), commissioners, regulators, and fellow providers. As part of our executive team, youll influence the urgent and integrated care agenda nationally, ensuring DHU remains a trusted, forward-thinking partner for the NHS.
