The Director of Outpatient Services is accountable for leadership and strategic management of Outpatient Services. In collaboration with the Medical Director and the clinical staff, this position assesses, develops, implements and evaluates program philosophy, goals, objectives and treatment interventions. This position provides the leadership necessary for successful program development and maintenance through appropriate, organized, program-focused referral development activities.
