This exciting opportunity sits within Digital Services in our newly formed Digital Commissioning Service, a key driver of our Digital Strategy 2025‑2029. Built around user needs, collaboration, and data‑led decision‑making, the service enables smarter procurement, stronger supplier relationships, and a more resilient digital infrastructure.

As Digital Procurement & Contract Officer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how we design, procure, and manage digital services. Working closely with colleagues across Digital Services and Procurement, you will:

• Lead the shift to outcome‑based procurement focused on user needs.
• Ensure suppliers meet service quality, availability, and innovation standards.
• Introduce SLAs and OLAs to promote governance and service integration.
• Act as a key liaison between Digital Services and Procurement teams.
• Advise on emerging digital products and services.
• Support strategic sourcing and contract management for digital initiatives.
