Emporium Restaurant is seeking a creative, organised, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive & Virtual Event Planner to strengthen our online presence and deliver engaging virtual and digital-led events. This hybrid role combines digital marketing strategy with event planning and coordination, supporting brand awareness, customer engagement, and increased bookings.
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, and email platforms
Create engaging content including posts, reels, promotions, and event announcements
Manage and maintain social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile)
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
Coordinate online promotions, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising campaigns
Plan and deliver virtual events, online promotions, and live-streamed experiences (e.g., cooking demonstrations, cultural events, product launches)
Coordinate schedules, vendors, digital platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, social media live), and event assets
Manage event registrations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups
Ensure smooth technical setup and execution of virtual events
Proven experience in digital marketing and/or event planning
Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and email marketing
Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM systems, or event platforms
Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
Basic understanding of branding, design principles, and customer engagement strategies
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
