Would you like to help enrich the lives of learners around the world? At RM, we’ve been pioneers of education technology since 1973, providing technology and resources to the education sector, supporting over 10 million students worldwide. Our three businesses – Technology (Managed Services, Software, and Infrastructure for Schools), Assessment (Software and Services), and TTS (Educational Resources) – deliver customer‑centric solutions that improve education outcomes.
This role sits within TTS (Educational Resources) where we collaborate with teachers and educational experts to create innovative resources that engage children and inspire a lifelong love of learning.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a results‑oriented Digital Delivery Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and deployment of digital projects across our B2B and B2C e‑commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and corporate WordPress sites.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Operations, UX/UI teams) to understand customer and business pain points. Gather requirements and define clear acceptance criteria for all new features and enhancements. Ensure backlog items are clearly articulated, detailed, and readily available for execution in Agile sprints.
- Project Leadership & Execution: Drive end‑to‑end delivery of complex digital projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Create detailed project plans, manage backlogs, prioritize tasks, and mitigate risks proactively. Track project budgets and control costs. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives) and own the product backlog (user stories, epics, features) for development teams.
- Team Collaboration & Guidance: Work closely with external development managers, solution architects, product owners, and QA leads to remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative and high‑performing team environment.
- UX/UI Collaboration: Work closely with design and user experience teams to ensure the final product is intuitive, engaging, and delivers a best‑in‑class customer journey for both B2B and B2C users.
- Performance & Optimization: Utilize analytics, user feedback, and market research to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, bounce rates, customer satisfaction).
- Platform Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of the capabilities and functionalities of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Business Manager, SFRA, etc.) and WordPress to maximise the platforms’ potential.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and IT. Facilitate clear communication channels, manage expectations, provide regular status reports, and ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives.
