Digital Advertising Executive – Head Office, Bournemouth. Reference: HOB1167813. Closing Date: 29.01.26.

About The Role

This full‑time position (37.5 hours per week) is based at Hobbycraft Head Office, BH23 6HG. Core business hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm, with a flexible start/finish and a hybrid model of three days in the office and two days working from home. The role focuses on building and growing an affiliate marketing programme while supporting the Digital Advertising Manager with paid social and PPC campaigns. You will work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, an affiliate agency, and cross‑functional teams including Content Marketing, Ecommerce, and Trade to deliver measurable growth through affiliate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing and the affiliate agency to design and run the affiliate marketing programme.
  • Own day‑to‑day operations of the affiliate programme: partner recruitment, activation, performance tracking and optimisation.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key affiliate partners and networks to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyse affiliate performance and report on KPIs including ROI, conversion rates and incremental sales.
  • Support the Digital Advertising Manager in planning, executing and monitoring paid social and PPC campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product, Trade and Ecommerce teams to align messaging and offers across paid digital channels.
  • Coordinate with Content, PR and Influencer teams to integrate affiliate activity with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Manage App Store Optimisation (ASO) campaigns in partnership with eCommerce product, development and trading teams.
  • Provide general and ad‑hoc marketing support; take on additional performance‑marketing initiatives as needed, with potential to grow into a broader digital marketing role.
