Job Description
Find where you belong!
Are you ready to turn data-driven insights into record-breaking digital results? Do you thrive on optimising campaigns that convert browsers into loyal customers?
As Digital Acquisition Manager for Travelodge, you’ll be the driving force behind maximising the return on investment of our digital paid media advertising channels. You’ll boost website bookings, revenue, and visits — while supporting key hotels and strategic locations across the UK.
In this role, you’ll manage, optimise, and deliver digital sales KPIs across multiple paid media channels. You’ll also have the chance to grow within a fast-paced organisation where digital channels power the majority of customer bookings and where investment in digital continues to soar.
Working alongside top-tier digital agencies and directly with partners like Google, Facebook, and TripAdvisor, you’ll shape campaigns that make a real impact.
As Digital Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, management, and optimisation of Travelodge’s digital paid media channels — including display, affiliates, paid social, and direct booking platforms through partners like TripAdvisor and Trivago. You’ll drive digital acquisition and sales KPIs such as bookings, revenue, and cost of sale, delivering strong performance against budgets and forecasts. Managing a multi-million-pound media spend, you’ll develop and execute innovative strategies that maximise ROI and support key hotel bookings. Working closely with agencies, in-house teams, and partners, you’ll provide clear insights and performance reporting while collaborating with data and product teams to enhance user experience and conversion across digital channels.
We believe in creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can be their true self and belong. We work hard to improve the diversity of our teams and celebrate our differences. And we care about our colleagues’ wellbeing, so we ensure there are plenty of resources available so everyone can look after their emotional, physical, financial and work wellbeing. We call this “Better Me”.
To succeed in this role, you’ll have proven experience managing digital paid media channels such as display, social, or affiliates, along with a strong background in digital marketing, acquisition, or e-commerce. You’ll be a confident communicator with excellent agency management skills, collaborating seamlessly across partners and in-house teams. Analytical and commercially minded, you’ll use tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and AI platforms to turn data into performance-driving insights. With expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and digital best practices, you’ll bring a proactive, organised, and results-focused approach that ensures every campaign delivers measurable impact.
