Responsibilities

  • Report issues with systems to Operational Teams, IT and vendors.
  • Ensure strategic goals are met through forecasting and planning.
  • Manage configuration items of Dialler & resource planning products.
  • Analyse performance data from key tool kits.
  • Send updates to stakeholders about position and schedule intentions.
  • Reactively respond to underperformance and offer ideas to enhance performance.
  • Assist in system testing of Dialler & Resource Planning Products.
