Job summary

A leading law firm in the UK is seeking a proactive Property Lawyer to specialise in Development work. The ideal candidate will engage with national house builders, undertake title investigation, and assist in legal documents for the development process. Competitive salary dependent on experience, with flexible working hours around multiple offices. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Passion for and strong desire to work within Commercial Property with a focus on Residential Development.
  • Knowledge of the house building sector and/or experience of commercial property or development work.
  • Understanding of Money Laundering Regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an ongoing service to existing clients.
  • Work with Partners and other Fee Earners to develop new business.
  • Produce fee income in line with targets and agreed objectives.
  • Maintain and enhance up to date legal skills.
  • Perform fee earning work accurately, reliably, and in accordance with quality and risk procedures.
