Qualifications

  • Health & Safety qualification is an advantage.
  • Relevant qualifications and authorizations required.
  • Experience in the Utilities sector is preferred.
  • Main laying and deep excavation experience is necessary.
  • Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Supervisors on projects.
  • Manage developer services work compliance.
  • Proactively manage projects to influence ratings.
  • Conduct site visits for performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards.
  • Assess subcontractor competence before work.
  • Evaluate operational risks and complete assessments.
  • Record materials and plant accurately.
  • Conduct monthly team briefings and feedback.
