Job description
Overview

We are looking to appoint a Design & Planning Manager. Are you keen to ensure that play an instrumental part in the creation of well-designed homes and connected communities where everyone can live well? In this role you can truly make a difference to the future of our homes and the customers who will reside within them.

Responsibilities
  • The Design and Planning Manager role will sit within our Growth Directorate. This is a key, and exciting, role that will be responsible for ensuring that the homes provided by Hedyn (and Candleston) are of the highest design quality, meeting our commitments to sustainability, placemaking and through effective engagement and community centred design.
  • This role will ensure our homes are efficient in layout and design with site layouts shaped by balancing the needs of the communities we are working with, together with our Hedyn and statutory requirements.
  • Working with our statutory partners you will identify delivery mechanisms that are collaborative, efficient and progress proposals as dynamically as possible.
