Job Title: Deputy Manager

Location: Melksham

Salary: £30,050 per annum + sleep-ins + £5,000 Welcome Bonus 🎉

Working Hour: 160 hours per month

Hourly Rate: £5 per hour

Number of Sleeps Required: 1

Pay Per Sleep: £65 per shift

Service: Children’s Home

Service Users: Young People (EBD, ages 7–17)

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young Persons Workforce

Experience in Years Required: 1 year

• ✨ Someone passionate about supporting young people with EBD to achieve positive outcomes.
• ✨ A strong role model who can support the Registered Manager and lead shifts effectively.
• ✨ Confident with safeguarding, compliance, and day-to-day operational responsibilities.

• 🚫 You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care – this is not deemed equivalent.

• 🚫 You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available.
