As our new Deputy, you will be at the heart of shaping an ambitious, inclusive and high‑achieving school culture. You will lead the strategic development of Inclusion and SEND, working as Designated Safeguarding Lead and forging partnerships with our community, local agencies and external professionals. You will drive forward innovative approaches to inclusive teaching, wellbeing and curriculum‑ensuring every pupil, whatever their background and need, thrives.
