Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of IMPRESS, deliver a world-class experience for every customer.
  • Greet patients who enter our beautiful flagship clinic.
  • Organise patient documentation and medical forms.
  • Manage the clinic diaries.
  • Maintain confidentiality for ensuring that patient information is kept secure and accessible only to authorised personnel.
  • Maximise efficiencies and patient experience.
  • Coordinate with booking teams to improve patient flow to clinicians throughout the day.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical clinic would be ideal.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Energetic, well-organised and team spirited.
  • Friendly and gentle manner, ability to relate and give absolute care to our patients.
  • Excellent organisational and management skills.
  • Strong knowledge and use of PC and common software applications.
  • Availability to travel for ensuring the clinics’ criteria is up to standards.
  • Work permit for the U.K.
  • Being able to work across 2 clinics in London.
