Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales / Demand Generation professional to support UK sales leadership, aligned to the Reading region. This role will focus on building a structured and scalable inside sales engine by repurposing offshore capability into a dedicated, performance-driven demand generation function.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in pipeline creation, lead qualification, and opportunity acceleration across targeted accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute targeted demand generation campaigns aligned with UK sales priorities
- Generate qualified leads and book meetings for field sales teams
- Drive outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, digital campaigns)
- Develop account-based outreach strategies for strategic accounts
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured qualification frameworks
- Collaborate closely with Reading-based sales leadership to align on priorities and targets
- Maintain CRM hygiene, track KPIs, and report on pipeline contribution
- Support marketing initiatives including webinars, events, and campaigns
- Continuously optimize outreach messaging and conversion performance
Required Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in Inside Sales, Demand Generation, or Business Development (B2B)
- Strong experience supporting UK enterprise sales teams
- Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline
- Experience in IT services, technology, consulting, or digital solutions preferred
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach, etc.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
