  • Prepare and cook hot and cold meals to a high standard.
  • Support menu planning and daily service delivery.
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
  • Work efficiently to meet lunchtime service demands.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering and waste management.
  • Ensure all catering activities comply with food safety requirements.

CBW Staffing Solutions is looking for an experienced Cook to join a busy, high‑profile catering operation based on a large industrial/engineering site in Washington. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional kitchen environment and wants a great work‑life balance with no evenings or weekends.

  • Competitive hourly rate of up to £15.40
  • Core hours are Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
  • No late nights, weekends, or split shifts

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Ability to work within a secure, process‑driven environment
