As a Day Shift Senior Support Worker, you’ll take a lead role in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care and support during daytime hours. You’ll support individuals to live with greater independence and dignity, while guiding and mentoring your team to ensure consistent, compassionate care.
Experience in autism, learning disabilities, or complex behavioural needs is essential. A Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
