Data Specialist | Bristol | Hybrid | Power Query | £31,000

SR2 are supporting a growing sustainability-focused organisation who is currently looking for a Data Specialist to support the delivery of accurate, high-quality EPR submissions for major UK brands. This role suits someone analytical, organised, and confident working with complex datasets. You’ll work closely with internal teams to collect, clean, validate, and analyse packaging and compliance data using tools such as Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and Alteryx. You’ll help improve data processes, create repeatable workflows, and provide clear insights that support strong reporting and compliance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and prepare data for EPR submissions.
  • Analyse and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy.
  • Use Power BI, Power Query, and Alteryx to process and visualise data.
  • Support Account Managers with client data requirements.
  • Improve internal data tools, templates, and processes.
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You’ll Need
  • Strong experience working with data in a technical or compliance-driven environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query essential).
  • Experience with Power BI; Alteryx or similar ETL tools beneficial.
  • Great attention to detail and confident problem-solving.
