About the Role

The Data Relationship Analyst I plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of data across financial institutions through a variety of collection processes. This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new Data Providers at Financial Institutions to obtain and maintain data in alignment with data standards and strategic objectives. The analyst will be involved in quality control (QC) practices by conducting regular checks to identify and resolve discrepancies. The role requires strong attention to detail and communication skills to ensure a good experience for Data Providers, and a commitment to maintaining reliable and accurate datasets that uphold operational standards and support regulatory needs.

Responsibilities
  • To create and nurture strong relationships to ensure an excellent experience to Data Providers
  • To ensure accuracy of data updates, in accordance with business processes and to schedule
  • To identify, source and process missing and new data in accordance with Data strategy
  • Perform Quality Control checks on incoming and pre-existing data to maintain data integrity and accuracy
  • To identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency, and recommend process enhancements

  • Demonstrate excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Ability to establish effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and demonstrate confidence in telephone communication
