What to expect

The Programme Manager is a senior member of the Transformation team, role always modelling the Post Office behaviours and demonstrating a Postmaster first mindset.

The Programme Manager will lead on portfolios of change activity within Technology by leading and delivering initiatives by overseeing a Data migration programme from end to end. They will drive a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance in the teams they lead, delivering and driving decision‑making across the Business, Customers and Partners.
